We work with engineers, surveyors, attorneys, conservation specialists, agricultural specialists, and other professionals when needed — but we are not a substitute for those professionals. Our role is to help you understand the landscape of possibilities and connect you with the right people.

Alan's construction and development experience gives him a practical understanding of what land development actually involves — from site access and utilities to permitting and construction costs.
